Guest Arrivals


  • Check-in is from 2 pm onwards.

  • Check-out is at 10:30 am.

  • You are welcome to leave your items in the luggage room next to reception until it is time for check-in.

  • If arrival is after 11 pm, contact the number left on the door of the night porter so they can assist you with check-in.

  • There is no parking on site of the hotel. However you may park at CPP across the road from the hotel. If you require 24 hour access, Kings Complex by Wilson parking is available. Located on 517 Hay Street, it can be accessed via Pier street (adjacent to Murray) or Hay St. The hotel has an agreement with this Wilson parking location at a rate of $18 / 24hr.

  • It is hotel policy for guests to present valid photo identification to stay at the hotel.

  • Valid drivers license or passport.

  • If you forget to bring your ID, we reserve the right to refuse the reservation, as it breaches our hotel policy.

  • A security bond is a protection against any damages or breach of policy that may occur during your stay.

    It is seperate from your accomodation amount and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to refuse your reservation without a security bond.

  • The security bond is $200.

  • Security bond paid by card (pre authorization) will have a pending transaction on your statement which may take up to 14 days for it to release. You will know that the amount has unfrozen when the transaction disappears from your statement.

  • Upon the day of check-in.

  • There is a 1.9% surcharge with AMEX transactions.

  • Guests may have visitors, however the visitors must leave no later than 9 pm.

  • Yes, we can provide cot for free, but just for some specific rooms. Please inform us if you need cot in advance.

  • There are a few options:

    • Taxi or uber

    • Metronet train line that stops at Perth Underground Station. It is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

    • Bus from St Georges Terrace. This street is also a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

General


  • If you wish to extend your stay, please provide a 24-hour notice at the front reception as the booking system is subject to availability. If the extension is available, payment is required prior to the date of extension.

  • Keys are property of the European Hotel. If they are lost a fee of $X will be charged.

  • For any assistance or inquiries, dial ‘9’ on the telephone in the hotel room you are staying in.

  • No. Smoking is prohibited on the premises and rooftop garden. You may smoke downstairs, outside the building.

  • There is no room service.

  • The entrance door at reception is locked from 7 pm. Only guests can open this door with the keys provided by the hotel.

  • The Cafe Deli Gabe is open from Monday to Sunday, from 7 am - 2 pm.

  • The laundry room is located on the second floor, next to room 209.

  • The laundry washer and dryer machines both accept AUD $1 coins only.

  • Yes we can book a taxi for you in advance or same day. Please advise our friendly staff on what day and time you require.
